Eligibility limited to students who are currently enrolled in PSS group classes. |

Selection will be based on merit and/or financial need. |

Do not use this for when applying for a Cobb scholarship. |
All applications must include:

Information about how you would use scholarship funds (including program name, projected cost, dates). |

Name and address for contact person administering program (if it is other than PSS) |

A short biographical paragraph written by the student applicant, describing why you want to participate in the relevant program. (If you are under age 12, your parent's assistance will be welcomed.) |

A brief letter from your parents describing (a) those circumstances (financial or otherwise) that should be taken into consideration and (b) why they feel this opportunity would be important for you. |

A brief letter of recommendation from your private teacher. |
