You may place an order by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail (massmi@biddeford.com). Please include the title and quantity for each book. To the cost of the books add shipping (see below) and for Maine customers, 6% sales tax. Individuals must pay by check.
Phone or fax 207-772-8900. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday. An answering machine will take your calls and faxes when we are unable to do so. The phone can be very busy when a new book is first issued, and occasionally the answering machine is on during business hours. We appreciate your patience.
We ship via US Postal Service book-rate. For shipments to any address with a U.S. zip code, add $1.25 for the first book and $.75 for each additional book. Rush shipments require additional shipping charges.
We accept purchase orders by mail, e-mail, phone or fax from government agencies, schools, libraries, and other organizations. Our payment terms are net 30 days; we offer discounts to bookstores and to individuals ordering multiple copies.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your book, we will be glad to accept returns. However, please be sure to pack any returns carefully in the original carton.
